JACKSON, Wyo. — The 66th Annual Teton County Fair is underway, and the Fair Board has offered some helpful tips to the public to make sure everyone has an enjoyable Fair experience.

Food and beverage vendors at the evening Fair events take only cash as payment, so be sure to stop by an ATM before heading to the Fair. Credit cards will be accepted at designated booths only. The only ATM on the Fairgrounds is inside the carnival. It is free to enter the carnival, but rides require a ticket, which can be purchased at the carnival ticket booths.

Pre-sale tickets to the Frazier Show’s Carnival, including the Mega Pass ($100) and four-hour Pass ($22) are available for purchase through the Fair Office until Tuesday, July 26 at 6:00 p.m. Mega Passes will no longer be available after Tuesday, and the price of the four-hour Pass will increase to $25.

Fairgoers are strongly encouraged to bike, walk, or take the bus to the Fairgrounds. There is a bike corral in the southeast corner of the Grassy Arena, just outside the Big Top Tent. Parking is extremely limited, especially on Thursday and Saturday due to horse events and the need for horse trailer parking. Fair parking daily passes are available for $35, and weekly passes are available for $50, but there is no guarantee that parking will be available.

Attendees are encouraged to think green and reduce waste by bringing a reusable bottle that can be filled at water stations found in the Grassy Arena near the Big Top Tent, Thursday through Sunday.

Lastly, there is no general admission fee to enter the Fair, and everyone is welcome. The Teton County Fair has a variety of events, shows, and programming that are free of charge. The Big Top Tent has a line-up of free live music entertainment in the late afternoon, Thursday through Sunday. The 4-H livestock barn is open throughout the week showcasing Grand Champion steers, pigs, chickens, and more.
